Arch Viz - Living Room and Kitchen

Here is the latest personal project I have been working on. For this project my aim was to continue improving my lighting skills in Unreal Engine 5 using Lumen. To save time and speed up my workflow, the majority of assets in the scene were sourced from Cgtrader and Megascans. Some of the assets such as the tables and bookshelves were modelled by me. Substance 3D Sampler was used to create some of the wood materials for the scene. The environment was produced in Blender and then exported into Unreal Engine 5 using the Datasmith Plugin. As I was progressing with the project I realised that Lumen has its limitations due to it being a fully dynamic lighting system. Issues such as flickering lights and reflections couldnt be completely solved so I did the best I could with the settings at my disposal. Having said this, Im happy with the final result and hope to keep learning and improving my skills using Unreal Engine 5.
